It is a supplement to the book entitled „Unknown Earth – unknown hypotheses” (https://amzn.to/4dPba3s).

An explanation for the hypothesis that the inner core has the ability to rotate relative to the Earth’s mantle within the dense matter of the outer core may be the observation that the material of the outer core also rotates relative to the mantle. In other words, the elongated inner core is maintained in the direction of the Moon, surrounded by the outer core, which is almost stationary relative to it, while the mantle and the Earth’s crust rotate around them in a daily cycle. The semi-fluid material of the outer core thus acts as a lubricant between the core and the Earth’s mantle.
